At PureVon Beauty, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item ordered. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Drop Shipping Items: 7–15 business days


Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
 

Drop Shipping Orders
Some products may be shipped directly from our suppliers. As a result:
- Items in your order may arrive separately
- Shipping times may vary by product
- Tracking information will be provided when available

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Lost Packages
PureVon Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist you as much as possible in resolving the issue.

 

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. PureVon Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

International Shipping
International shipping may be available and delivery times will vary. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
